RESERVATION POLICIES:

You can make contact by submitting your details and a brief outline on the contact page. I will get back to you on the same day where possible, to get overview of your needs and discuss whether I am able to help you.  Alternatively, you can text or phone me directly and I will get back to you as soon as possible.  

Fees

My fees for 2020 are $130.00 for individual counselling, $150.00 for couple or family counselling and $130.00 for supervision. Fees for training and workshops vary, according to amount of preparation and face to face time. 

Payment is made on the day, by eftpos, by cash or by internet banking. If your workplace or agency are paying for the counselling or the supervision an invoice will be sent directly to them for requesting payment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows will incur the standard session fee.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Deborah Stuart Counselling does not provide crisis counselling. In the event of an emergency dial 111 for assistance.
